The Art of Grandma celebrates family, food, and the traditions that bring people together.

Created by Lisa Trout, a teacher and food educator from Calgary, this project highlights intergenerational learning through recipes, storytelling, and meaningful connections. Each post explores how food can preserve memories, teach life skills, and strengthen relationships across generations.

From classic recipes to community workshops, The Art of Grandma invites you to slow down, share stories, and rediscover the wisdom passed down through the generations.
